This journal/diary/whatever-you-want-to-name-it is about how my life is wonderful and fantastical, and how it is also the only thing that is saving the universe from collapsing into the deep, dark abyss of no-return. Before you read any further, though, you also might want to know that I am a big liar.

My name is Ellie. Short for the ~~extremely unnecessary~~ delightful name Eloise. In reality, I do not live at The Plaza in NYC, but rather in a town in Washington named Forks which is so minuscular I don't think it even exists on a map. What balances this catastrophic conundrum out, though, is the fact that my brother has an ego so large, it stands as the only man-made thing besides the Great Wall of China that can be viewed from space. But I digress.

So maybe I know you, and maybe I don't. For the sad, unlucky few who do know me, I apologize here, in front of my computer screen, so that I may avoid as many unnecessary tomatoes and sharp objects as I possibly can. And I also give you a virtual pat on the back that shows camaraderie and friendship before I hoof it.
